Start by spraying MAGZEA™ Muscle Recovery Spray directly onto the area of concern. Follow up with a warm bath using our MAGZEA™ Sports Recovery Salts. Simply add a generous handful (or ½ cup) to the bath and soak for 15-20 minutes. Take Zea Magnesium Oil Topical Spray with you in your gym bag. Spray the mist directly onto your skin for fast relief from tight, sore muscles. Alternatively, use after showering or taking a warm bath with our Sports Recovery Salts to encourage muscle relaxation and promote restorative sleep. Kunzea Pain Relief Cream. Massage a few grams gently into the affected area 2-4 times daily or as required. Rub gently in a circular motion until evenly spread or absorbed.For added benefit, it may be used in conjunction with Kunzea Bath Salts for full-body relief. WARNINGS: External use only.
